Return and Refund Policy
At SunGraphics, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with our printing services. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Exchange and Refunds are Available for only defective and wrong product delivery, Return the product within 3-4 days to initiate the Refund.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products : If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly reprint the order at no additional cost. Please contact us in same day of receiving the product with clear photos of the damage or defect.
Incorrect Order : If you receive an incorrect order (e.g., wrong design, incorrect quantity), notify us in same day. We will either reprint or correct the issue.
2. Refunds
If the received product pass the quality check, You will receive the Refund within 7 working days.
Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
Order Cancellation : Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the printing process has not yet begun. Once printing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Non-Delivery : In the rare event that an order is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to an issue on our end, we offer the choice of a full refund or a reprint.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders : For damaged or incorrect orders, if a reprint is not possible, a refund may be issued after reviewing the claim.
3. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- All claims must be made within same day of receiving the product.
- Products must be returned in the original condition they were received.
- Customized orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the printing process.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please email our customer service team at info@sungraphics.co.in with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a solution.
5. Exceptions
- Minor color variations: Due to the nature of the printing process, slight color variations may occur and are not grounds for a refund or return.
- Incorrect file submissions: We are not responsible for errors in artwork or design submitted by the customer (e.g., low resolution, typos). Please review your designs carefully before submitting.
