Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Custom or large-scale orders may require additional processing time, and we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
- We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping : 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping : 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping : 1-2 business days
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Shipping Providers
- We use trusted shipping carriers safe and efficient delivery.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international .
Local Pickup
- For customers located near our facility, we offer a free local pickup option. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Phone Call or Whatsapp Message  with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
Shipping Delays
- If there are significant delays with your order’s shipment, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
- Sungraphics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or any other external factors.
