Orders and specifications

Customers must provide accurate product specifications, quantity, artwork and contact/delivery information. A quotation may change if the requested specification changes.

Artwork and rights

You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, photographs, text and other artwork you submit for printing. SunGraphics is not responsible for third-party intellectual-property disputes arising from customer-supplied material.

Proof and production

Where a proof is provided, customers should review it carefully before approval. Production timelines begin according to the confirmed order and production requirements.

Payments

Online payment methods may include WooCommerce-supported gateways such as Razorpay and PhonePe when configured by SunGraphics. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with site operation.
